What happened today in the european parliament, where left and right reached an agreement and „elected” socialist Josep Borell president for two years and will „elect” a german liberal for two and a half years after him, is a real shame. In front of Josep Borell was a polish candidate, Bronislaw Geremek. Geremek is certainly one of the smartest men in the whole continent. He flies faaaar above Borell, and I deeply regret he won’t be president of the european parliament…
Abstrahując od wyborów w PE, miło jest przeczytać, że pan Geremek jest doceniany również za granicą naszego kraju. Hmmm… A właściwie, to może nawet bardziej za granicą, niż tu?
